This book is the perfect match for whoever has been looking for a Rapunzel retelling after seeing and falling for the Disney movie Tangled!
When I first saw this cover come on the website I just had to see what it was about, besides the obvious of it being about Rapunzel haha. So when I read the line “But when school demands allow her access to the Internet, she discovers Facebook…” I was sold, clicked the request button and within a few hours later I was excited to see that I was accepted to view this title and actually it was the first title I was accepted on NetGalley so I felt fan-freaking-tastic!
The story was smooth, developed perfectly, and the pacing was just right. We got to know a little bit about Rapunzel before the author entered in Fane but when he came into the picture it felt just….right! Him accepting her request was sweet but when they started messaging each other, first him just trying to figure out who she was, and then it grew into something more. Something she’s needed to make her life more bearable, something that in the end actually makes her feel alive and that’s something she’s never felt before. And I know that feeling as my boyfriend has given that feeling to me too, the moment I met him. <3
Fane was sweet and charming, her knight in shining armor. When he came into her life he was able to put the pieces of her life together and give her adventures she’s never dreamed of, all those moments were sweet and I smiled from ear to ear when I read the words of those scenes.
Now when you find out why she’s been locked up since birth as she sees it, it’s a completely new twist of why she’s up there and yet it’s somewhat similar to Tangled but only in a magical sense. When it all unfolded I was shocked, mouth agape, and I couldn’t stop clicking it to the next page to see what was going to happen next.
Overall, this is a must buy! For the love of fairy tales, to love of sweet innocent romances, clean reads, and for the love of Rapunzel. If you love all those things then you’ll just love this book.

Happy Reading Everybody!
